Paul Wama, Chief Financial Officer Paul Wama has been with MiBank since 1995. Paul is responsible for delivery of regulatory and statutory compliance together with financial reporting. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) from DWU and also graduated with an MBA from Torrens University in 2018. Paul is a member of the ALCO and EXCO management committees. |
Wayne Honeysett, Head of Credit Wayne has been in Papua New Guinea for many years and has had extensive experience with a number of licensed financial institutions in the finance and credit area. At MiBank Wayne champions the consumer credit process and provides leadership to the branch management team. Wayne is a member of the Bank's ALCO and Executive Management committees. |
Wendy Piskaut, Head of Human Resources Wendy Piskaut has been Manager Human Resources since 2018. Wendy holds a Diploma of Accounting from IEA College of TAFE and a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management facilitated by the Business Coalition for Women. Wendy is driving our Gender Equity & Social Inclusion policy rollout within MiBank. Wendy is a member of the EXCO management committee of the Bank. |
Trudi Egi, Chief Operating Officer Trudi Egi has had an illustrious career in the Banking Industry. He was previously with National Development Bank and the PNG Institute of Banking & Business Management. Trudi holds a Diploma of Business Management from PNGIPA and a Diploma in International Labour Standards and Workers Rights issue by the ILO. Trudi holds an MBA from Torrens University Australia. Trudi is a key driver of rural development and digital financial services in MiBank and is a member of the ALCO and EXCO management committees of the Bank. |
Steven Nori, Head of IT Steven graduated from UPNG with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science. Steven joined MiBank in 2009 and has been instrumental in MiBank’s growth in the digital space, whilst at the same time overseeing MiBank’s ICT environment and communications. He also holds an MBA from Torrens University Australia. Steven is a member of the EXCO management committee. |
Fulaiyo James, Head of Project Management Office Fulaiyo has been in Banking over a number of years with BSP, PML and now MiBank. Her diverse experience spans Treasury & International, Lending, and Banking operations. In more recent times Fulaiyo has championed Project Management within MiBank and has qualifications in both Microfinance and Project Management including Prince2 certification. |
Nosuau Kini, Chief Risk Officer Nosuau has had more than 15 year’s experience in risk management, in diverse operating environments such as aviation, insurance, public utilities and finance. Nosuau held previous positions such as Chief Risk Officer at Nambawan Super and more recently as Manager Risk & Compliance at NCSL. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from Southern Cross University and is a member of CPA PNG. |
